138. The Oregonian is reporting three more arrests near the Refuge

At ~10:15pm pacific time, the Oregonian as well as the FBI announced that Jason Patrick, Duane Leo Ehmer, and Dylan Wade Anderson had been arrested, all on the Title 18 USC charge. Ehmer and Anderson surrendered voluntarily to the authorities at 3:30pm; Jason Patrick surrendered voluntarily at 8:40pm. The FBI is quoted as saying that since establishing their road checkpoints, a total of 8 persons have left the refuge: the 3 who were arrested, and 5 others who were let go.
