Thug commits the deed, this jerk did not, and is not even offering to pay someone to do the deed, which hate radio fascists have offered in other cases that resulted in injuries and death. This is nowhere near the level of incitement to violence that Beck, Rush, Nugent and others have promoted for years.

My governor received death threats and letters with XYZ after a rant by O'Reilly; my Senators and Representatives have received credible death threats from the fans of Rush and Beck.

Some of those resulted in arrests and prison, but only after the people thus incited were proven to have the ability to harm. And only after they repeatedly made threats to kill my elected officials and their entire families.

This could have been seen as rhetoric, and the guy deserves all the abuse he we and anyone else heaps on him. But cooler heads than ours enforce the laws which may be a good thing.
