28. so, what does it mean to join a steering committee?

Either she was happy to have been asked and joined or she actively perused getting the posittion. I understand resume building, but if you sign on to a campaign's steering committee, you shouldn't have a problem with the campaign saying so.

She is young, but this does not impress me.
