that the GP is aware of... doesn't mean there isn't one for certain electorates like those in lds dominated states. We just don't hear about it since the lds secret society does this behind the cloak of religious activity, they usually decide who can get on the ballot and that's that. Was a voter in that state for well over a decade, got real tired of it.
