Trump's forte! "I'll sue the hell out of em" and then never does, cuz he knows he would lose. Too a lot of people it is enough to make the whatever go away...the perceived threast of a lawsuit.

If you did pay then lawyers would use that against him in the trials that you know will happen over some of these events. No lawyer is going to let him pay for nothing.
