Sen. Ted Cruz suspended his presidential campaign Tuesday after a devastating defeat in Indianas presidential primary, virtually assuring Donald Trump the GOPs presidential nomination.
We gave it everything weve got, but the voters chose another path, Mr. Cruz said at his post-election party.
***
Speaking Tuesday night, Mr. Cruz did not mention Mr. Trump, but did call for a unity of purpose within the GOP in the fight for freedom and against security threats.
Suspending his bid does not forfeit Mr. Cruzs delegates to the convention, but it means hell no longer actively compete for the nomination, leaving only Ohio Gov. John Kasich still in the race.

Obama was never as far ahead as Hillary is now, nor did he have more popular votes.

Ted would have won if he had run as a true conservative. That's why Romney lost, isn't it?

Given the uncertainties surrounding JFK's assassination, it's probably for the best.
