All I see here are what could be best described as safe, liberal items that aren't really what I'd term progressive. A liberal would "work to investigate reports of illness that affected veterans of the Gulf War", a progressive would be firmly against the deployment of those troops beforehand.
A liberal would help create something like "Vital Voices", whereas a progressive would have recognized that women had long had voices and freedoms in the countries Hillary sought regime change in (Libya, Syria). I'm sorry, but you don't destroy a country that had long guaranteed freedoms and protections for women under secular government, back and aggressively push for the funding of radical jihadists to overthrow that system, then get to claim that you are "for women". Hillary is "for women" in rhetoric only. Before the US intervention in Afghanistan against the Soviets (where we and the Pakistani ISI created and funded al-Qa'ida and the Taliban), women in that country didn't wear burqas and suffer under Islamic law - they had freedom to attain education, seek employment and hold government positions. It was US who destroyed that, and I'm sure since Hillary is such a disciple of Henry Kissinger that she would have approved of what we did there in the 80's.
A liberal would broker "a ceasefire deal between Israel and Hamas" but a progressive would have put equal pressure on both sides of the conflict and held both equally responsible for seeing to the deal's implementation. Hillary won't even recognize the humanity of the Palestinians and has excused every human rights violation that Israel has been involved in.
A true progressive is much further to the left than Hillary would dare to tread, and I resent people like her trying to co-opt the labeling (and thus render it meaningless) just because it is politically popular at the moment. Then again, that's all Hillary Clinton has ever done so why expect anything different now?
