16. The medicinal users I know tell me what's available now is stronger than the 80's strains.

So much more potent that it's almost an immediate couch lock for at least a couple hours. However, the higher potency also means one doesn't need as much to make edibles.

Or so I've been told.
(Spouse has a medical card for fibro and severe nerve damage in the back; a topical salve and the occasional couple bites of laced caramel corn every day work better than the opioids his pain doctor was giving him to make it through the day.)
