31. You don't "Pin" a crime on a guilty party, you PROSECUTE them.

If they have ANY fear at all that former is the case, then probably the LATTER is what needs to happen, or else they need to get their house in order over on their side. That party needs a Buckley-type again BIG-TIME (I know he could be an asshole, but at least he kept the crazier among them in check with the weapons of Public Ridicule and Scholarship.)

Even if this guy kept a diary of all the reasons he thought that Rush and Beck and all the others WANTED him to take this action, they will just say
"Well, WE'RE not responsible for the actions of a crazy person, we NEVER wanted anyone to go out and kill people. And if he THOUGHT that's what we wanted, well, that means he's CRAZY, because we never said anything of the sort (and if we did, non-crazy people know that we're just kidding around when we say stuff like that, it's for entertainment purposes.)

Can a person be charged with violation of the RICO statutes as a mechanism of CIVIL litigation or a Class Action lawsuit?
