2. Does he even think before he speaks?

Can we point to his administration and say we want "merit based" competent people too? Here's his chance to lay the blame on his critic, Chuck Schumer. Let's just forget about the thousands of good, hard-working people who passed through the program and show how the world how this one bad immigrant is why the system failed so that we can deport more people and make Chuck look bad too. He is so vile.
