Time awards Person of the Year to the person or people who most influenced the news, for good or evil.

The two most obvious ones are:

Good? Jack Dorsey and Biz Stone, who invented Twitter.

Evil? Kim Jong Un, who brought back public executions. (On edit: One of the people he had executed was his ex-girlfriend, who was shot for violating the pornography laws, not for writing the song "Excellent Horse-Like Lady.&quot
