54. The rumor is that she wants (or wanted) Rex Tillerson's job

She wants to be Secretary of State. It came out last summer during all the furor over Tillerson calling Trump a "fucking moron" behind his back and it got into the media. Amid all that, there were rumors that Tillerson would be fired or quit, but only for a week or two. Meanwhile Nikki Haley quietly put out feelers to see if she'd be considered for his replacement. Well apparently Trump or somebody in the WH came back to her with "No dice!" At the time we were joking on DU that he's saving the job for Ivanka, but who really knows?
