all sorts of idiotic reactions on the part of some people that would create even more chaos. Since when has the federal government been ahead of the curve in doing anything? Never.

Also, I agree w/ others that this is going to lead to abuse.

Besides, if something is a national emergency, by the time they (feds) realize it, it's going to be way too late.
