she might have. Most people already disapprove of Kavanaugh at least nationally I would suspect there are at least some moderate republicans and right leaning independents who oppose this guy too. She ran as Democrat and is running as a Democratic candidate. If she votes yes for this guy she is going to upset her Democratic supporters particularly women in the me too era. If she cannot hold her base together she might as well concede now.
