You could easily buy one using the internet, classified ads, gun forums, or in person with a fake id at a gun show.

Or grab your gun humping parents gun, or one of your friends parents.

Or you could print one.

Legal? No, but the other kid is still dead, and shooting them wasn't exactly legal either.
