It is a reflection of Duncan's use of the failed No Child Left Behind policy . NCLB is a policy of failure. See Bush's x undersecretary of Education Diane Ravitch calling NCLB the robotatization of our children making education nothing more than education by rote memory , in turn as with our banks, turning education over to Wall Street. Meaning a give away plan turn turn education to for profit , schools.
. Note, many parents in Chicago are marching with teachers.. Turning schools over to for profit entities means parents have lost all control over their local schools...We have enough to agree with Obama on to vote for him. But, that does not mean he is without criticism..
