Any gun fed from a magazine can accept magazines of any capacity. I've seen 20-round magazines for bolt-action deer rifles, for example, but it would be ridiculous to outlaw such firearms. On the flip side, they make magazines for AR's and AK's that only hold 5 rounds.

Did you mean to say we should ban all magazines that hold more than 9 rounds?
