Trump totally encourages and fuels this, but sadly these folks existed before Trump came along. They will also continue to exist even once we get rid of Trump and his rhetoric ceases to be broadcast as loud. Him being gone will no doubt help, but these folks will still be there even if they go back in the shadows.
