But, as Jennifer Rubin wisely suggested for better uses of Bloomberg's billions, their money and time could be put to much more constructive use than (hopefully futile) vanity projects, namely (a) supporting programs to require that all high-school students pass the equivalent of the citizenship exam in order to graduate; (b) support the Democratic presidential nominee (which won't be either one of them) and Dem candidates for the House and Senate; (c) support initiatives to confer automatic voter registration and vote-by-mail initiatives; (d) buy Fox news; (e)revive and sustain local newspapers.
