21. I think he has renounced his US Citizenship..

I believe he is a Naturalized Chilean Citizen, with a Chilean Passport. He ran this weird Move to Chile package, which costs probably $40-60k, and it sounded to good to be true. (It takes a long time for a Expatriate to get Residency in Chile, let alone Citizenship) The really tough thing to get is a Bank Account with a Bank like Banco de Chile..

Cobin wasn't like Paul Schäfer of Colonia Dignidad infamy, but he was getting there. He pushed his own semi Real Estate Scam, "Freedom Orchards" in a place outside of Santiago de Chile, on the road to Valparaíso de Chile. It most likely didn't have the water or wells to support a planned right wing libertarian community.. nor would the local communa agree to lots that He and Frank Szabo wanted to make some money..
