Who holds the cards in his relationships with Kim Jong Un, Putin, Erdogan and Xi? Trump huffed and puffed and tried to look strong, but he's given up everything. He even canceled military exercises with South Korea to soothe Kim Jong Un. Has the US ever been in this weakened a state?
