Which appears to be part of the river.
I'm not even sure that area can handle that many boats at once. Red point is where the boats got stuck.

I'm from San Antonio, but have never been up there. But our rivers have eddies and whirlpools along the shore. I think they might have had an inch of rain several days ago. (We got an inch in SA on Thursday)
They were also planning a Trump parade on Canyon Lake to the south. Circled in red.

That is what I want to know.. Weater is clear, no whitecaps other than boat wakes....

The affected boats may not be part of the parade. These guys are probably creating big wakes
