Your rate of increase is very high, and your population is spread out, so testing isn't consistent. Also, a large portion of your population is transient - they live somewhere else. Their infections are tracing back to maine.

Mass isn't punishing Maine for no good reason. Your stats indicate a risk level that is higher than acceptable for the region, so you people coming from there have to Quarantine. Same for RI.

MA isn't making this up. They are controlling risk.

Vacation Land sends home lots of souvenirs. Accept it.
