(26,222 posts)24. So maybe he's expecting Trump's theft of the election
to succeed and then would use the "report" to start rounding up the opposititon? That's what a dictator would do. Releasing the report now would show their cards before they are ready to play them. Not that there is anything of substance in the report. But Barr has demonstrated before that he is skilled at spinning report results.
