Spent a week in rural Kansas, Oklahoma and Missouri last week. Only really saw masks in Joplin and employees in restaurants (drive through!) or the grocery store. Two gas station stops in Parsons Kansas - no masks from anyone but us. And they glared at us like we are lepers.
