Did he need to go to the rally?
No.
Did he need to be driven there?
No.
Did he need to bring the AR-15?
No.
Did he need to strut around like a Tough Guy with the AR-15 at the ready?
No.
Did he need to 'defend' himself?
No. (Definitely not if he came unarmed.)
Talk about putting yourself in harm's way, just so you can fire at somebody.
Hope he gets what he deserves. And the AR-15 supplier.
But don't be too hard on the mom. Assuming she isn't directly involved, she will still be beating herself up over not bringing the kid up right.
