The SC has already ruled that the elections, and how they are run, are a STATE matter, and if a state is ok with voter suppression and gerrymandering, so be it.
It would take repubussian state legislatures seconds to jump on this train. And if they think it would work, they will.
It is his last ditch effort. The question is how many will go along...
But... Are there any legislatures that are controlled by democrats, yet the state voted for the turd? Couldn't those democratic legislatures do the same thing?
Regardless, be prepared.

What was I thinking? Democrats refuse to play by the same rules republicans play by. We MUST take the high road, even if NO one else is using it, and it leads off a cliff. BUT we CAN sneer contemptuously as we walk around with our nose in the air. As losers.
