in the sense of saying that Joe Biden won. His concession, when it comes, will be a litany of petty grievances concluding with acknowledging Biden as the next president of the USA, but only because of massive fraud and cheating. The amount of damage this will cause the republic is of no concern to him whatsoever. He will go to his grave claiming he and his rabid followers were cheated out of a second term, absent any proof or evidence to back up that claim. And the ReThug party led by Mitch will offer no comment on those claims...
