(31,304 posts)47. While I don't think he should be held responsible for the actions of his wife, I also don't
think he should reside over activities related to his wife's 'passions' because of the potential for a conflict of interest. In the case of a spouse, or any close relative, there could be conflicting loyalties even if he did not endorse her actions.
