46. I think Tots and Pears is a word play for Thoughts and Prayers

Every mass shooting has the republicans expressing their thoughts and prayers to the victims families. Of course there is no action on sensible gun laws just thoughts and prayers. I have no idea who came up with the tater tots and pears analogy but I like it.
