I heard already its some kind of record how long his appointees are taking to be confirmed.

BTW, not an American. How the hell did you guys manage, in your Republic, to force the winning President to not be able to simply pick his own appointments and get on with it? He won! I don't know of any other democracy in the world where the opposition can nix the winners choice to head up each department.
