And that goes to why SFPD has that policy. He might have been innocent, and released without charges.

Also, those posts are from anonymous law enforcement. We know that law enforcement has a bad history with PoC (assuming the pic in post 10 is him), so I am not certain they are the right folks to take anonymous info from.
