9. Where they have the loophole is the EUA

Its still not an "approved" drug so they have that argument. Yes, we know its a formality. But its still a "thing". I'll also bet that insurance companies, for the same reason, will try to refuse paying for any treatment that MAY be needed after getting the vaccine. Even though that will be extremely rare.

But i would HOPE the FDA approval comes before the next school yr starts. And since other countries have approved it and we have about 200 million doses given here, we should have enough evidence for approval IMO
