We are staying home again this year. Actually we enjoyed it last year, no drama from either family. I prefer going off holicay, less stress and baggage to deal with. My husband's family will be the problem, mine will be fine knowing I am a high risk person and am trying to protect myself. I have not been approved for a booster yet, I got Moderna. My husband actually told his sister it was not a given we would be there for Thanksgiving or Christmas, she did not take it well I don't think.

My husband is in enough danger teaching in a state that won't allow a mask or vaccine mandate. I don't need him in contact with a brother in law who loves Trump.
