And as I said earlier, Daboll was the heavy favorite from the start because of his work with QBs. If everyone knows that's what you're looking for, its going to affect your search. Yes, the NFL took a long time to get a black coach. But they're going to still go for what they think fits best.
Someone is going to hire Eric Bieniemy. Which is who I wanted the Falcons to hire last year. And they'll get a good one in him from what I've seen. Maybe other black coaches as well this year; who knows. I've kept my eye on him because I hoped my team would hire him. And just watch; next yr the Falcons will play whoever does hire him and get their ass kicked.
