violating those laws, so there aren't real consequences. At least that's what I got from the article. But, also from the article, I get the impression that they are working to create consequences for the future. That doesn't help us now, but for so many of these mores he has trampled, nothing is being done to prevent the next - smarter - guy from doing it worse. At least this may be tightened up.
