10. It's long past time that Ukraine started shelling Russian cities

I know it is an escalation, but something needs to be done to wake up the Russian public to what Putin is doing in Ukraine.

What kind of weapons would Ukraine need in order to hit Russian cities? Given them those weapons and see how long Putin lasts.

My 2 cents.
