Their only plan is to bomb civilian targets to break the populations will to fight. That’s it. That’s the totality of their military strategy. They have no chance of taking over Ukraine and even less chance of holding any area they do take over. Their soldiers gave themselves radiation poisoning. Others are deserting and joining the Ukrainians in their fight against Russia. A paper tiger is a person or thing that appears threatening but is ineffectual. IMHO, the perfectly describes the Russian army.
