(3,028 posts)80. Questions of attorney/client privilege are normally brought up during a trial or via pre-trial
motions for a crime that a person is accused of and the trial judge decides whether privilege exists and whether or not that particular piece of evidence can be allowed to convict the person. There is no trial currently pending for any of tfg's crimes. If allowed to proceed the SM can conduct a trial about executive privilege but the SM can also delay the whole process leaving tfg free to continue his crimes.
I don't know what international court could do it, but if there is one (Hauge??) maybe tfg's espionage should be taken out of USA control. Just wondering .....
