31. No one has said the DOJ waited

For all we know, they were building these cases all along.

And remember that for a very long time, every subpoena was being ignored, every records request was laughed at. They couldn't even GET the needed materials to investigate let alone take action.

Let's play what if. What if Garland's DOJ only had enough material to issue 15 of those subpoenas? What if he methodically gathered more and more evidence because he wanted to make a huge impact, such as issuing 40 subpoenas in a week. You've gotta admit, issuing 40 in a week is a big fucking deal. And I do think the corrupt motherfuckers have been lulled into a false sense of security. How many of these people thought they'd never be touched? Now with a huge splash, Garland's DOJ just told them all they they better not dare rest easy because this DOJ is incredibly thorough and they will have all their ducks in a row when they come after somebody. This is the way it needs to be for these charges to stick. ALL the evidence. An overwhelming case. No stone left unturned.

The more I think about it the more sure I am that Garland really is the right man for the job after all. He's scary stealthy.

And I was calling for him to be replaced not all that long ago. I was wrong.
