expect the lotto to steal back about 1/3 and then come los federales looking for their 1/3. That is from your lump sum, not the jackpot.
Neither one of the above thieves gave you so much as a number either.
And when you lose, they are nowhere to be found. You cannot claim losses. They only claim your epic victories. When you win a dollar you are not worth their trouble. If they took 2/3 of that dollar after your lump sum of 33 cents, you can walk proudly away with 11 cents in change!

To get rich off the lotto: Own the lotto, don't play the lotto.
