And yes, you can’t win if you don’t play, and what’s the harm of tossing them 5-10$ once in a while if you’re “feeling lucky”? But I think of those people who have their lucky numbers that they HAVE to play every time, because imagine how you’d feel if you didn’t play and your numbers finally come up? People who are spending hundreds of dollars that they can’t afford every month. People who, when asked what their retirement plan is will reply that they hope to win the lottery.

Now THAT’S stupid!
