25. Which I would totally understand if they were making them in Iran

This article makes it sound as if they are transferring designs so that Russia can build them in Russia. Unless the Iranian drones are so simple they only require the most basic of electronic components. Although, in that case I'd wonder why Russia wouldn't be able to do that without a technology transfer. But from what I've heard, these Iranian drones are using US and European parts. That seems to rule our that Iran has some indigenous advanced electronics or other manufacturing knowledge that Russia doesn't have.

Another thought, maybe Iran is just a middle man in some high-end tech transfer coming from China to Russia. China having advanced capabilities that Russia might not have is something that makes a lot more sense. Who knows, aye?
