He planned to stay in the US until the end of January, 20 days from now. Lula da Silva became Brazil's president on January 1, ten days ago. The anti-government riots in Brazil happened on January 6, four days ago. A US A-1 (diplomatic) visa is effective for 30 days, regardless of changes in a recipient's status.

So, to answer your questions,
-No, he is not doing any diplomatic business now, nor does his status as an A-1 recipient demand him to do any.
-Yes, his visa still allows him to be in the US, until it is officially revoked or suspended or until it expires.
-When Bolsonaro's visa expires, he will have to leave the country or get a new visa, just like you did. If the visa is revoked or suspended, Bolsonaro will have to leave the country, just like you would.

Bolsonaro recently expressed intention to leave before his visa expires. If you are proposing that these circumstances call for the US government to drop everything and take immediate action that will generate international diplomatic uproar, not to mention create weeks of fodder for global conservative media to bash Biden, please, lower your expectations.
