I have to present a disclaimer first; I am no fashion aficionado but I can manage acceptable attire when I leave my house and am in no way one to judge another's attire BUT...

Either she just got yanked from an Annie Oakley costume party or she is dressed resembling what she wore at eight years old because that's when she had the dream of becoming governor so she's celebrating by wearing her eight year old's dress to celebrate her childhood dream come true?
