It's popular down South, as I understand, because it's cool and comfortable in the hot summer weather.

I actually don't mind that dress too much, except that I think it looks unprofessional. To me, it looks like something to go square dancing in, not to the office.

I hope she doesn't dress like that in official appearances as governor. She needs to dust off some of the suits she wore when she worked for Trump.
