14. Why not ban and blacklist it the way the U.S. Commerce Dept did with Pegasus?

The Dept of Commerce is the biggest holder of databases in our government. It knows CCP data collection when it sees it.

With China racing ahead of the U.S. in General AI development, any and all international data it can draw works toward that development.
