4. Just to be clear, if a scoutmaster molests a bunch of young scouts, that's not gay, is it?

Because I have always thought of the gay thing as being among consenting adults.

So it is OK for the Scouts to condone (or at least tacitly permit) child molestation, right?

I'm glad that UPS has a policy of non-discrimination in all those areas, including sexual orientation, and is now acting in line with their policy. But I wish they would have addressed the elephant in the room, pedophilia. That surely should be reason enough to not give any support to the Boy Scouts.
