Much of it ended up being complete bullshit for their conventional platforms when the shooting started in Ukraine. The same more than likely applies to their nuclear capabilities.

The amount of yield necessary to create a "radioactive tsunami" capable of severely impacting US strike groups is in the crazy category. It's doubtful NK has enough weapons grade material to do that, much less the technical capabilities to deliver it.
