“Assistant U.S. Attorney Daniel Marcet argued Brown… deserved the higher end..sentencing guideline of 87 to 108 months.”

The judge took 21-months of the recommended sentencing. I may be wrong, but I can’t think of a single sentencing in the J6 trials where the judge DIDN’T reduce the sentence.
